No, Fingersmith isn't part of a trilogy. Sarah Waters has written three books set in the same time period, but they don't contain the same characters and can be read in any order - enjoy!

I definitely will read Fingersmith this year. Just started The Little Stranger and I love it. But Fingersmith is part of a trilogy right? Do they need to be read in order?

Yeah I'm not sure about that either. I tried to pick really compelling books that I have been wanting to read for some time, but you just never know what will happen. I guess we will just do our best!

It was one of those books that I rushed out to buy because I kept hearing amazing things about it, but then never got to read it!

Interesting list! If you only read one book, make sure it is Fingersmith - it is fantastic. Good luck!

I loved this challenge in 2009...structure appeals to me! I'm doing it again this year, and Fingersmith is on my list as well (I've started it and it is just freaking blowing me away). You've got a nice diverse selection there. I'll look forward to hearing about them!

I've worked so hard to make my challenges work around my tbr piles. But you're right, I'll probably add books as fast as I know them out!
