seasons change with the scenery, weaving time in a tapestry…won’t you stop and remember me?

Yesterday was a full and fun day. Not exactly the way I had planned for it to be, but it turned out to be perfect and just what I needed. A day out with the girls. Ladies? Women? Oh, whatever.

My first stop was brunch at Agave. I thought that I would be up early in the morning as I usually am, but while I was up, I couldn’t actually get out of the bed until it was 11:30 and time for me to head down town where I had this.

I was so busy trying to eat that I forgot to take a picture before I started. It was a pan scramble and I got chorizo, and herbs and onions in it. I also had to eat some of Lisa’s blueberry pancakes. They were heavenly. Dos Caminos has better Chorizo con Huevos, but Agave has the better blueberry pancakes.

Then off to see Sex and the City, which I knew I would enjoy, but I enjoyed a lot more than I thought I would and sometimes for reasons that surprised. I actually cried a few times. *shiver* I won’t admit that anywhere else but here. πŸ˜›

After joyriding on the subways, because the local trains were express and and the express trains were local I landed at Community again. I had just left there yesterday after having brunch on Saturday morning. And after being there last Tuesday night for dinner. It’s that good. I was very happy with my rice bowl with salmon. No words. Pretty damn tasty. So good that I forgot to take a picture of it. Yum!
