Isn't it funny how perspectives change over the years, especially of heroes or bad boys. I do like this type of book. Great review.

I can send it to you. You can hold it hostage for The Unit, as I suspect that it might be hard to get a hold of.

You probably have. Anything with creepy old mansions, and tragic families with lots of secrets. I think that is pretty much gothic- old and scary.

It was definitely fun to read. I happen to like interacting with characters. It is the sign of a good book. You should definitely try to get your hands on a copy of this if you like Rebecca. Speaking of Rebecca, that is one that I would like to re-read.

Ooh, I've really been loving gothic novels since reading The Thirteenth Tale, it might be fun to read such an old one.

I've never heard of this one, but it sounds like a good one. So interested to re-read books that you enjoyed as a child. I'm finding that with the Shelf Discovery ones.
